We offer full architectural and design services from initial brief through to completion.
From the first conversation about what a project could be, to the last detail on site. We take on full appointments and prefer to stay involved across every stage.
Continuity matters: the decisions made early in a project shape everything that follows, and we think the architect should be in the room for all of them.
Project Types
Our work is residential and small scale commercial.
Extensions, conversions and listed buildings make up most of our portfolio, with clients ranging from homeowners to small developers. What they share is an interest in what their project could be, not just what it needs to do.
We care about the effect buildings have on the people who use them and the communities around them. Good design is social as well as aesthetic and functional..
We are based in Kent, Sussex and London, with recent work in Tunbridge Wells, Brighton, and across South and North London.
How we work
Every project starts with a conversation. We like to find out the core reasons behind the brief, as the design solution may come in may forms.
From there we build a process that is transparent at every stage: you will always know where the project is, what the next decision is, and what it will cost. We do not design behind a closed curtain and present finished answers.
We work with clients, collaborating and developing throughout.
Honesty is key. We do not take on projects where budget and ambition are misaligned. If we do not think we are the right practice for your project, we will tell you that in the first conversation.
Fees
We are transparent about fees from the first conversation.
Every appointment is different, and fees are calculated on a bespoke basis following an initial discussion about scope, programme and budget.
We are happy to work within budget constraints and will always set out clearly what is included before any agreement is made.
